Sweet Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. potato water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes or yams
5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes.
Peel.
Save water.
Mix water, milk, salt, sugar and butter or margarine.
Heat until butter is almost melted.
Add to yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg, cooked sweet potatoes, oats and about 3 cups flour.
Mix. Add remaining flour to make a soft dough.
