Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 (2 oz.) bottle lemon extract
    1 pkg. candied fruit mix
    1 lb. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, reserving 1/4 cup.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon extract.
    Mix reserved flour with fruit; add fruit and pecans to mixture.
    Bake in a lightly greased tube pan for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 250\u00b0. Yield:
    20 servings.
