Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 rounded tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to creamed mix and blend thoroughly.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Bake in 2 prepared pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
