Pork Tenderloin With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4 to 1 lb.) pork tenderloins
    salt, pepper, thyme and flour
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms or fresh
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon, in 1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Brown
    tenderloins that have been coated with salt, pepper, thyme and flour.
    Saute onion and celery in pan that meat was browned in.
    Place meat and all ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Then stir and thicken with Wondra flour if needed.
    Bake uncovered about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
