Curried Chicken And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored rice
    1 (5.2 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    6 chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green olives
    4 scallions, sliced
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, drained (marinade reserved)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook both rice mixtures according to directions. Cool.
    In a large bowl, combine rice, chicken, bell pepper, olives, scallions and drained artichokes.
    In a separate bowl, mix together marinade, mayonnaise, curry, salt and pepper.
    Stir mixture into chicken salad. Refrigerate. Serves 10 to 12.
