Chinese Velvet Chicken Soup With Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. minced raw chicken
    1 tsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 1/2 qt. chicken broth
    17 oz. can creamed corn
    sliced green onions
Preparation
    Mince chicken.
    Mix well with sherry, salt and beaten egg whites.
    Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    Add corn and chicken mixture.
    Bring to a boil again.
    Serve hot.
    Garnish with green onions.
