Chicken-N-Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pressure cook chicken for 15 minutes; cool and pick meat off bone.
    Mix broth, chicken, butter, 1 cup milk and salt.
    Place on stove and bring to a boil.
    Mix 1 cup milk, Crisco and flour; make biscuits.
    Pour chicken and gravy in square baking pan with biscuits on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
