Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt
    pepper
    shortening
    flour
    potatoes, sliced
    1 small onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dip lightly in flour. Place in skillet, using shortening or Crisco, and fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel and set aside.
    Then layer potatoes in long Pyrex dish and add diced onion; salt and pepper the potatoes. To this layer, add the pork chops and pour mushroom soup over this. Then add milk over all ingredients.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
