Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. half and half
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped olives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and half and half; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Add next 6 ingredients. Serve over rice.
