Shrimp - New Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steamed shrimp, peeled and cut in chunks
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in butter with seasonings.
    Add tomatoes, paste and water.
    Simmer a few minutes over low heat.
    Place mixture in a casserole and stir in shrimp. Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes.
    Serve with white rice.
