Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Mix ingredients and roll into small biscuits.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
