Veal Scaloppine Ala Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal for scaloppine (can substitute chicken)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 c.+ sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cover veal with flour, salt and pepper.
    Saute in butter until brown (3 to 5 minutes).
    Remove veal from pan.
    Keep warm in oven. In frying pan saute onions and mushrooms.
    Add wine and cook slowly until wine is almost evaporated.
    Add beef broth, chopped parsley and browned cutlets.
    Simmer 7 to 8 minutes each side.
    Serve immediately.
