Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed tomato bisque soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (2 oz.) can corned beef, finely chopped
    2 1/2 c. soft bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large clove minced garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained and finely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 can soup, beef, corned beef, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley and garlic. On waxed paper, pat meat firmly in a rectangle (15 x 10). In bowl, combine sauerkraut, cheese and caraway and press mixture into meat within 1-inch of edges. Roll meat tightly in a jelly roll fashion; seal seams and ends. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
