5-Minute Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    vanilla
    milk
Preparation
    Put softened butter in a 1-cup measuring cup.
    Add the egg, then enough milk to fill cup.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and beat 5 minutes.
    Bake at about 375\u00b0 as muffins, loaf or layers.
