Tortilla Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped olives
    1/2 c. Ortega chilies, chopped (from a can)
    1/2 c. green onions (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spread onto regular size tortilla a thin layer over the whole tortilla.
    Roll up lightly into a log. Wrap them (tortilla logs) individually in plastic wrap and chill them overnight (or 24 hours).
    Unwrap plastic from rolls; slice into 2-inch (thick) slices.
    Serve.
