Fresh Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    About 40 minutes before serving, combine ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Arrange leaves from four Belgian endives around large salad bowl.
    Place marinated mushrooms in center.
