"Dr. Bird Cake" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil (Crisco canola oil)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add undrained pineapple, oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas, mixing until blended.
Do not beat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in Bundt pan.
