4 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt for 5 to 6 minutes. Gradually add sugar, vinegar and vanilla; beat until real stiff. Fold in lightly 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Using a large plate (ovenware) or large-size pie pan, wet the plate with cold water. Heap the mixture onto the damp surface.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0, then set at 250\u00b0 and bake for 1 1/2 hours, no longer.
