Mrs. Mclamb'S Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped chiles (optional)
    1 pkg. flour tortilla
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Dip tortillas in hot water for a few seconds, then put meat in tortilla.
    Roll and stack side by side in a 9 x 13-inch pan, with crease down.
    Pour sour cream and soup mixture over enchiladas; top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
