Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. margarine
6 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, then add egg yolks.
Add baking soda to sour cream.
Add flour.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Gently fold in egg whites, vanilla and lemon extract last. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
