Pepperoncini Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion salt
1 small jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
Preparation

Pat meat with seasonings.
Place in crock-pot and place peppers on top.
Cook 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Pull meat apart and add 1/4 cup of pepper juice.
Cook on low for additional 30 minutes.
Serve on buns.
Freezes well.
