Antha'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, unpeeled
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    chives (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes until cooked thoroughly.
    Cut into chunks (with peel) into large casserole dish.
    Add other ingredients (butter will melt from heat of the potatoes) and mash/mix together (consistency of mashed potatoes).
    Top with more cheese and microwave 5 minutes.
