Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    flour
Preparation
    Stiffen with flour and roll into small balls with hands and bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
