Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble sausage and mix with cheese.
Add biscuit mix, 1 cup at a time.
Form into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
May be frozen at this time.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven about 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
If frozen, cooking may take a few extra minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes about 7 dozen.
