Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie shell
3 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. ReaLime juice from concentrate
green food coloring (optional)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks.
Stir in milk, ReaLime and a few drops of coloring.
Pour into pie shell.
