Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 (7 oz.) can Old El Paso green chilies
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Remove seeds from chilies.
    Layer on top of margarine (or you can use chopped chilies).
    Grate cheese and layer over chilies.
    Beat eggs; mix in well milk, Bisquick mix, salt and sugar.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until brown on top.
