Ingredients
    1 qt. evaporated skim milk
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. rum extract
    sugar substitute equal to 1/4 c. sugar
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Makes 10 (4 ounce) servings.
    Low cholesterol (4 grams) and 92 calories.
