Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag of broccoli or 1 head, cut up
    1 c. mayo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 to 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Steam broccoli and drain.
    In bowl, mix broccoli, mayo, 1/2 of the cheese and soup.
    Put in buttered casserole dish, layering with cheese and crushed crackers.
    Add 2 beaten eggs to top it.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
