Grandma'S Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. fresh chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Sift together into a large bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Add butter, cutting in until crumbly, then add egg, orange peel, orange juice, raisins and cranberries.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
