Dawn'S Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (24) corn tortillas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 small sour cream
Preparation

Cut up tortillas into 1-inch strips.
Layer bottom of oblong casserole dish; sprinkle cheese over layer.
Sprinkle with onion and a few tablespoons of sour cream.
Repeat layers until all tortillas and onion are used.
Add rest of sour cream and cheese. Pour enchilada sauce over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This recipe will serve 8 people.
