Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    6 potatoes, microwaved
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix milk, sour cream, soup, butter and 1 cup cheese in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Peel and slice potatoes and lay in dish.
    Salt and pepper and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
