Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Add onion, potatoes, water, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook slowly until potatoes are very soft. Mash the potatoes with masher until fairly smooth.
    Add milk; continue cooking until soup comes to a boil.
    Add parsley.
    Makes 2 servings.
