Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 c. water + 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil cleaned peppers in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Mix other ingredients; stuff peppers lightly. Stand upright in small baking dish. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
