Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1/3 c. onion
    1 3/4 c. tomatoes
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 peppers
Preparation
    Brown ground sirloin and onion.
    Do not add Minute rice when browning meat.
    Add tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle flour over top.
    Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Wash peppers; cut in half and remove seeds.
    Drop into boiling water and boil 1 minute; drain. Stuff with meat mixture.
    Top with buttered crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Do not cover.
    Serves 6 to 8.
