Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cooked and removed from bones
    6 c. broken bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 onion, diced
    1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. or more chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix altogether.
    (Should be very moist.)
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
