Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 (8 oz.) cans water
1 tsp. comino
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil and flour to make paste.
Then add spices and liquids to make sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
