4 oz. Coleman dry mustard
1 c. malt vinegar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine dry mustard and vinegar, mixing well.
Cover with Saran.
Refrigerate overnight.
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add mustard and vinegar mixture.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
