Golden Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. plain flour
    2 sticks butter or 1 stick margarine and 1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla or lemon)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well; add 2 eggs and 1 cup flour.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining 2 eggs and cup of flour and flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 225\u00b0.
