Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 large
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
    3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 large can peeled tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1 small carton Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onion.
    Cook until onions clear and meat is done.
    Pour off any excess fat.
    Add 2 cans of tomato sauce and liquid off tomatoes.
    Add seasonings and let simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagne noodles.
    Use an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Place in layers the noodles, meat sauce, slices of Mozzarella cheese, spread thin layer of Ricotta cheese, sprinkle with 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes and spread 1/2 can tomato sauce.
    Repeat second layer and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
