Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. apples, pared and diced
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg with fork until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Melt and cool butter; pour over flour mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold with Cool Whip.
