Mattie'S Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    23 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, adding sugar gradually.
    When this is firm, fold in crushed Ritz crackers, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
