Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground turkey
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables (your choice; mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)
    2 c. tomato sauce
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
    In a pan sprayed with nonstick spray, saute the turkey, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; top with your choice of veggies.
    Pour tomato sauce over this and top with cheese.
    Cover with the crescent rolls. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown.
    Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
