Lemon Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 lb. graham crackers
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. whipped topping
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients; let set until thickened, not set. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted oleo.
Press 2/3 over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Blend sugar and cream cheese.
Add vanilla and jello.
Stir in whipped topping.
Spread over graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle top with rest of crumbs.
Refrigerate.
