Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
whipped cream
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch in double boiler until very thick, stirring constantly.
Turn off and add strawberry Jell-O. Set aside to cool.
Slice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar and put in refrigerator for a while.
Dip strawberries out of bowl with spoon with holes in it so as not to use the juice and fold strawberries in mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cool and cover with whipped cream.
