Linguine With Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguine
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 carrots, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
    1 tsp. sage
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey meat
    1/4 c. herbed stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook linguine according to box directions.
    Add the broccoli flowerets to the linguine 2 minutes before it is done cooking. When it is finished, drain linguine and broccoli together.
    Keep hot.
    Meanwhile, saute carrots and celery in margarine 3 minutes. Stir flour into sauteed carrots.
    Add chicken broth and sage to vegetable mixture.
    Stir in turkey meat until sauce comes to a simmer.
    Simmer 1 minute.
    Pour over warm pasta in serving bowl. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top.
    Serve immediately.
