Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
oil
Preparation
-
Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Fry in deep fryer or skillet until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Eat warm.
