Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 summer squash, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in small portion of salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Mix together the soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in squash mixture.
    Mix together stuffing and melted butter.
    Spread half on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, then all the squash mixture.
    Then top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
