Yam Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 mashed or 17 oz. can sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 block melted butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together, whip and pour into a greased dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix flour and sugar, add coconut and pecans, then add butter a little at a time.
Take potatoes out of oven and crumble on topping, put back in oven until top is brown.
