Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until well blended.
    Add eggs and vanilla; blend thoroughly.
    In small bowl, stir together dry ingredients; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in oats and butterscotch chips; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes 4 dozen.
