Easy Make Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 qt. peaches or 3 c. fruit, sweetened
Preparation
    Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top.
    Mix sugar, flour and milk together to make a batter and pour over melted butter.
    Pour sweetened fruit over batter and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour until thick and bubbly.
